1. AAU and USAV Memberships must be completed before the first practice.
2. *Please print out both memberships and give them to your coach at the first practice.
3. Ref Clinics must be completed by January 1st. (ref clinics open in November)

All Athletes are required to complete the USAV and AAU memberships along with the ref clinics through USAV.

AAU MEMBERSHIPS

AAU memberships are completed through the AAU website. (Register for your AAU Membership (aausports.org))

For existing AAU Members

• Login
• Click “renew membership” (found on right).
• Please click "modify":
  • Update Club to Club Code: CEB9EX
      (Coastal Hampton Roads)
  • Update any mailing address/contact info as needed

For new AAU members:

• Click: Get Membership
• Select: Youth Athlete Membership
• Sport: Volleyball
• Term: Select Current Membership Year 
• Club: Click Yes and Select Club Code: CEB9EX​​​​​​​ (Coastal Hampton Roads): Make sure you have entered the correct club code

USAV MEMBERSHIP: Done through sports engine

Ref Clinics

Athletes will also need to complete online training modules through USAV Academy (on sports engine)

When Completed: Screenshot a picture of your completed certificates to your coach. DO NOT submit them individually please do this at one time when you have completed all of the trainings
